Rohan has over 25 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer excellence programs and Strategic Procurement, with the last 10 years in the glass industry. Throughout his Marketing and Sales career, he has had extensive experience with global and local beverage manufacturers and privileged to partner with prominent global and iconic Australian brands including Great Northern, Furphy, Pure Blonde, Heineken, Asahi, and Peroni. With an abundance of energy and passion, natural flair for creative problem solving and extensive industry knowledge he has continually identified and developed profitable business and long-term partnerships.
Outstanding in relationship building, he leverages advanced communication skills to create a high level of trust with customers, creating the space and environment for long-term relationships with multi-national customers. These relationships allow creative, highly profitable business opportunities to be uncovered and long-term supply contracts to be realised. With his recent role at Asahi Premium Beverages as a Strategic Sourcing expert, he has applied his excellent negotiation skills to unlock value in major contract negotiations.
Rohan has an MBA from Monash University in Melbourne with a High Distinction average, and additionally a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science from RMIT University.
